    1. Thanks Passive Income Dude. Great job with your passive income stream this past month as well. We are jealous of your rental income though. Definitely will consider adding some down the road but it definitely won't be here in California. To hard to generate cash flow with the real estate market here in CA. :)

      Best wishes my friend. AFFJ

  5. Must feel great getting that much in dividends - about 10 times my January LOL. I only own WMT out of all of those currently, but congrats on a great start to January!

    1. The dividends are nice Dividend Mogul but we certainly didn't get here overnight. Keep investing and you'll see the same in a few years, if not months!

Look at your dividends this way, something is certainly better than nothing. :)

Best wishes and continued success! AFFJ

  6. That's a fantastic monthly income. Very well done. Mine was $0.00 so I still have a long way to go to get what you are getting. Good on ya!

    1. It takes time. Stick with your buy and hold long strategy and you should be fine. One stock at a time, if you keep investing, you'll eventually see and feel the compounding start to work as your dividend income stream start to grow. We are no where near where we want to end up but definitely happy with the progress we've made so far. :)

      Thanks for visiting. AFFJ

  7. Solid income for January. I see that a handful of your investments are responsible for the bulk of your income. Do you plan to even out your income so as to not be so dependent on just a few names in case there is trouble. I know it's a tough exercise. I have the same issue with my portfolio too. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks Keith. Yes, we do wish that the income was more spread out. We have tried to even out the income stream, and we will continue to do so when the opportunities present themselves. We just don't want to sell a company to even out the income if it means we have to take a loss on the sell to make that happen. As long as we are confident of the dividends, selling is not really a priority. :)

Appreciate the comment. Best wishes. AFFJ

WOW! Nice job and know what's funny? Not a single company up there that I own, so interesting. Congrats, though!

    1. Thanks Lanny. And WOW, surprised to hear that none of these companies are in our portfolio! Maybe I'll have to buy a few companies in your portfolio and/or you'll have to buy a few in mine. :) AFFJ
