  1. I can't argue with the WMT purchase since I just bought some myself. I should be getting close to your $324.33 div a month average sometime in 2016. Can't wait! Keep up the good work.

    1. Cheers to a fellow WMT shareholder! :) Hope you reach the $325 milestone early into the 2016 year. Although that is our forward dividends, we still don't consistently break the $300 mark each and every month. Hoping to do that with more consistency this coming year!

      Best wishes. AFFJ

  4. AFFJ,

Great month in Divy income, large # of payers = incredible. Lot of big names in there as well. Also, like the fact that you are consistent and keep the investing activity going - big or small - you are doing it and adding income. Looking forward to your continued journey into 2016!

    1. Thanks for stopping by Lanny. It is certainly a blessing to say that out dividend income this past month came from 20 different companies. Although we hope that none of these dividends are affected, there is comfort in knowing that if the dividend in a few of these companies are cut or decreased, we still have others to help carry the load. :)

Thanks for following along on our journey. We look forward to seeing your progress in 2016 as well.

      Best wishes, AFFL

  5. Nice totals for the month of December. I see many have been picking up WMT in recent weeks too. I guess at its current value and yield it's hard to pass up. I'm still not a fan of retail but that's just me. Thanks for sharing. Look forward to a solid 2016.

    1. Thanks for stopping by Keith. We couldn't resist picking up a few more shares in a stock we already own. :) WMT and TGT are our only retail holdings. We've been blessed to have picked up shares in both #1 and #2 at what we feel we're great prices.

Cheers to 2016, may all your dividends continue to grow!! AFFJ

    1. Thanks Sharon. We hope to consistently add more capital so hopefully 2016 dividend income is a result of growth from current dividend stocks and future holdings and increases.

Best wishes. Cheers to a prosperous 2016! AFFJ
