  1. AFFJ -

Nice job crossing over $300+! What's wild - I don't own a single one of those above, which is crazy to think that! Congrats and keep tackling your finances.

    1. Thanks. I guess that just means that either I need to pick up some companies that you own, you need to pick up some of these, or both. haha

Hope to find some similarities eventually. Regards, AFFJ

    2. With so many great dividend companies out there and our own risk reward profile, the 4th options is that neither of u need to own each other stocks.

Either way though, congratulations on the dividends, keep them coming.

  3. Solid total for the month of April. Always nice to see a couple names in common paying us. Looks like ARI did the heavy lifting in April. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks Keith. Hoping to continue the momentum. As for ARI, I do owe a lot to this workhorse. But thinking of selling a few soon to capture some profits and use in another sector. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

      Best wishes my friend. Affj

  4. Great month. I'm curious though why do you have 2 different payments this month fem brookfield property?

    1. Thanks. To be honest, I'm not sure why it was split into two dividend payments but the payout was still equal to .295/per share as anticipated.

  5. $300 a month is great. Love that it is coming from so many sources! The majority of mine are concentrated in just a few this month. Will have to work on that for the future!

    Thanks for sharing.

  6. Good month! You may want to research Orchids since they announced a dividend suspension this week.

    1. Thanks Charlie. We saw that TIS has decided to stop paying dividends for awhile to pay upcoming debt obligations. I guess I won't be reporting those dividends for a few quarters or more. haha AFFJ
