ReplyDeleteDAYUM! Killed it here and nice work. I see where share a TON of names, such as AFL, EMR, TGT, IBM, JNJ & TROW. AKA - ALL dividend aristocrats, except JNJ. Congratulations and keep pushing hard there!
-Lanny
Great minds think alike they say. ;) That just means you also received dividends from the same companies as well. Cheers to that!
DeleteBest wishes Lanny. AFFJ
Hey AFFJ,
ReplyDeletecongrats to your great numbers for the month of June!! I like your diversified portfolio and there are a lot of names i'd plan to add to my portfolio. My dividend income for June was 288$, close to yours;-)

DeleteBest wishes and continued success on your personal journey.

Great job AFFJ. We've got some similar names in ENB and WFC. I had a great June thankfully and am excited for the rest of the year!
ReplyDeleteThanks Passive Income Dude. And a bid congrats to your 1K passive income stream this past month!
DeleteBest wishes. AFFJ
I've thought about investing in dividend producing assets before. But ended up only going with ETFs.
ReplyDeleteSeeing your results make me want to take another look at it. Plus I also like the feeling of owning part of companies directly. Maybe that's a bad reason to get into it though.
Funny you mention that. I like seeing the actual dividends coming in but I'm thinking of eventually migrating over to ETF as a way to minimize the work. I still would hang onto the dividend aristocrats. :)

Good job great income from lots of good companies and love the day it pays. I don't do that but was thinking about it. I put mine out in the order I recieve it
ReplyDeleteYou are almost averaging a dividend a day. Soon you will be over 300 keep it up.
Yes. Our monthly dividends range from $200-$300 but can't wait To be over $300 consistently.
DeleteAppreciate the words of encouragement. Best wishes. AFFJ
Nice job,as usual lot of top Dividend companies,we share quite a few companies,WFC,TGT,NOV,VFC,VTR,WMT,JNJ,CVX
ReplyDeleteThanks...that's at least 10 companies that paid you a dividend as well. ;)
DeleteCheers to passive income stream! AFFJ
That's an awesome report AFFJ. $283 in dividends for one month is great. I also like the fact that it's coming from 26 different sources.
ReplyDeleteInteresting point you made in one of the comments about migrating to ETFs. It's one of those things that I'm tempted to do. Those and index funds as well. I think I will still keep the stocks I have currently, but may also add index funds/ETFs to the mix. We'll see.
But, great report. Looking forward to more.
Thanks you. And yes, I see ETFs and index funds as less work. Definitely, will shift more into that realm as we get closer and closer to retirement. :)
DeleteThanks for stopping by. AFFJ
Great list of companies paying you dividends. Congrats on a fine month.
ReplyDeleteThanks IH. There is definitely some piece of mind when the dividends come from 26 different companies. :)
DeleteBest wishes. AFFJ
Nice total!! looks like you had a great month
ReplyDeleteThank you Fiscal Voyage. Hoping to get above $300 consistently but I'll take what I can get for now. ;)
DeleteRegards, AFFJ
Awesome month! Almost broke $300. You have a big list of companies paying out this month. I own a lot of the same ones so it's nice to see others collecting on them as well.
ReplyDeleteWe sold a few shares this year or we probably would have reached $300. Now to put the profits to work so we can get back above $300. ;)
DeleteThanks for stopping by. Cheers to owning the same companies, and more importantly, receiving the dividends! Best wishes. AFFJ
Great results for the month of June. We have almost a dozen names in common paying us. That's pretty cool. I still have IP in the back of my head. I used to own that name a long time ago and it really has done well in recent years. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThanks Keith. Your portfolio is one of the model portfolios in the DGI community. With that said, knowing we share almost a dozen names is certainly comforting.
DeleteCheers to a few more common name in the coming months! ;)

Thanks for sharing. Just came across your blog for the first time today. I am fairly new to dividend investing, so it's cool to see the list of what you have invested in alongside returns. Now, back to research!
ReplyDeleteNot to many ETF's on your list. Any reason why? PassiveIncomeWiz
