Sometimes I get in the mode of simply added buys to my collection without paying attention to what is popular so these summaries are sometimes a bit of a surprise for me as well, especially the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th most popular buys.

Thanks for visiting and commenting. I like the chart summarizing the buys. Not sure when, or if it will even be this year, but owning the bigger companies from the income category (rather than growth) should help you weather the storm better.

As for your recent purchase of MSFT, way to go!! I saw the big jump after the earnings was release so I know you must have fair very well.

Keep up the good work. Best Wishes! With that said, I think I already do provide what you are suggesting (the ticker purchases). I actually do that throughout the month in our Collection of Recent Buys. The collection is a play by play collection of the buys throughout the month by various DGI investors.

This post is actually just a quick summary of the entire list. I do these summaries once a month at the end of the month. As for the Collection of Recent Buys, I try to update and maintain the collection as frequently as I can.

Thanks for letting us know about the incorrect purchase date for PCP and AAPL. I'll make sure we update the list accordingly.

Thanks for stopping by. I definitely go after some growth stocks from time to time. Only recently have I been switching to dividend stocks, but that was more because I feel like the market is very frothy and could pull back so putting new money into less volatile assets seems like a good way to go. That being said, my last purchase was Microsoft (luckily right before they announced earnings)Zeehttp://www.work-to-not-work.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1893129263573703047.post-39112148697634755032015-05-03T15:43:28.981-07:002015-05-03T15:43:28.981-07:00If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion, I act...If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion, I actually really like seeing the companies that only one blogger bought. Honestly, it gets kind of boring seeing that everyone bought companies A and B, when companies C, D, and E don't get as much "coverage" but are equally interesting buys. Maybe not add them to the graph, but just provide a list of every ticker purchases, even if only one person bought into the company?

And a minor quibble, my PCP and AAPL purchases were done on 5/1, not 4/29 :)DividendDeveloperhttp://dividenddeveloper.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1893129263573703047.post-21710525279117289272015-05-03T09:31:42.621-07:002015-05-03T09:31:42.621-07:00Yes, your purchase of JNJ is part of the stats. :)...Yes, your purchase of JNJ is part of the stats. :) We have TROW, NOV, and PM on our watch list and have considered buying more of NOV and PM during the recent dips.

Glad you enjoy reading the summary posts.
